Alignment racks and lifts combine vehicle positioning, technician access and equipment compatibility in one dedicated bay.
An alignment rack or lift is a level drive-on platform designed to support alignment procedures. Turntables, rear slip plates and rolling jacks allow the wheels and suspension to move as measurements and adjustments are made.
The vehicle is positioned on level runways, sensors or targets are attached and the suspension is settled on low-friction plates. The measurement system then guides the technician through alignment checks and corrections.
