ALIGNMENT RACKS & LIFTS

Create the platform for accurate alignment work.

Alignment racks and lifts combine vehicle positioning, technician access and equipment compatibility in one dedicated bay.

What is it?

An alignment rack or lift is a level drive-on platform designed to support alignment procedures. Turntables, rear slip plates and rolling jacks allow the wheels and suspension to move as measurements and adjustments are made.

How it works

The vehicle is positioned on level runways, sensors or targets are attached and the suspension is settled on low-friction plates. The measurement system then guides the technician through alignment checks and corrections.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SYSTEM

Questions to answer first.

RML can help compare equipment after these facility and workflow details are clear.

  1. 01

What wheelbases, track widths and vehicle weights are expected?

  2. 02

Which measurement system will share the bay?

  3. 03

Is wheels-free service needed with rolling jacks?

  4. 04

Are approach, camera and ceiling clearances adequate?
