WHAT A TYPICAL ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Hands-on work. Clear communication. A team that follows through.

Every position at RML is different, but successful team members share the same approach: show up prepared, communicate clearly, take ownership of the details and help customers keep their shops operating safely.

Technical, operations, warehouse, sales and customer-support roles differ day to day, but every RML role supports dependable service and a strong customer experience.

01Start prepared.
Review the day’s schedule, customer needs, equipment details and job priorities with the team.
02Do the work safely.
Follow established procedures, protect the customer’s facility and ask questions whenever something is unclear.
03Keep people informed.
Communicate progress, changes and next steps with teammates, Dispatch and customers.
04Finish with accountability.
Confirm the work is complete, document important details and leave the job or workspace ready for what comes next.
