A four-post lift supports a vehicle on drive-on runways. It is commonly used for vehicle storage, inspections and service work where easy positioning matters. Rolling bridge jacks may be added when wheels-free service is needed.
The vehicle drives onto two runways, which rise together on four columns. Because the tires remain supported, loading is straightforward and the lift can double vertical parking capacity when the building has enough height.
