HEAVY-DUTY FLUID & LUBRICATION

Bring the right fluids to the point of service.

Pumps, reels, meters, waste-oil and dispensing systems help heavy-duty maintenance teams work more cleanly and efficiently.

What is it?

A fluid and lubrication system stores, transfers, measures and dispenses oils, coolants, grease, DEF and other service fluids. A complete system can include tanks, pumps, piping, hose reels, meters and waste-fluid handling.

How it works

Pumps move fluid from bulk storage through properly sized lines to reels and metered dispense points in each bay. Product compatibility, pressure, distance and expected flow determine the system design.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SYSTEM

Questions to answer first.

RML can help compare equipment after these facility and workflow details are clear.

  1. 01

Which fluids and volumes will the facility handle?

  2. 02

Where are storage tanks and dispense points located?

  3. 03

What flow rates and piping distances are required?

  4. 04

How will waste fluids, spills and future expansion be managed?
