THE SERVICE
When equipment is down or behaving differently, useful details help the service team respond faster. RML supports a range of shop systems, with final service scope confirmed by equipment type, manufacturer, model and parts availability.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
WHAT RML PROVIDES
Every project is confirmed around the equipment, location and approved work. These are the core parts of the service conversation.
Review the symptom, urgency, equipment identity and any photos or video you can provide.
Work through the reported condition and identify the most practical next diagnostic or repair step.
Confirm applicable components and availability before or after the field visit when possible.
Explain the findings, approved work and any additional action needed to return equipment to service.
HOW IT WORKS
The more complete the information at intake, the easier it is for RML to confirm scope, scheduling and the right next step.
Use the service form to describe what changed, when it started and whether the equipment is down.
Your request goes to dispatch@rockymountainlifts.com for triage and scheduling.
RML confirms the next step, which may include questions, parts research or a field visit.
The approved work is completed and any remaining recommendations are communicated clearly.
WHAT TO HAVE READY
Exact details reduce back-and-forth and help the service team prepare a more useful response.
START WITH A SAFE RESPONSE
If equipment is damaged, moves unusually or presents another safety concern, stop using it and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for taking it out of service. Do not attempt an unfamiliar repair or place anyone at risk to collect photos or video.
Send the brand, exact model and serial number so the service team can research the correct system and applicable parts.
Explain what the equipment is doing now, what it normally does, when the issue began and whether it is fully down.
Include visible error codes, leaks, damage, sounds, photos or a short video only when they can be captured safely.
Provide the service address, site contact, access limits and urgency so RML can coordinate an appropriate response.
EQUIPMENT RML MAY SUPPORT
Final support depends on the equipment, manufacturer, model, condition and parts availability.
